The Refund Will Be Initiated Within 24-48 hours and the amount will be reflected in your account within 8-10 Days.
For a damaged product you receive, it will be accepted by us within 3 days.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us in not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you have ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Kindly email us within 48 hours of the delivery on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo in case you find goods to be damaged. We will be happy to replace it within 3 days or give you a credit.
In case the damaged/defective goods can not be replaced from our end, the money will be refunded.
Do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Return/Replacement or Refund is only available for manufacturing defects, other than manufacturing defects, return or replacement charges can not be availed by the customer.
Note: Pieceplay reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met (Courier service/ unavailability of the product). The company will ensure any applicable refund of the cancellation will be made in a reasonable time.
